Overview
This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which Izabysof, operated by Sofiane Izabachene, provides access to and use of our website templates and related services. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to purchase and use our templates
Products and Licensing
We offer website templates with three licensing options:
Single-site license : Use the template for one website only, published on one domain.
Commercial license : Use the template for multiple projects.
Bundle license : Full access to all current and future templates, with unlimited usage for client or personal projects (still no resale rights included).
Each license includes free lifetime updates and email support. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the templates is strictly prohibited.
Payment and Billing
Payments are processed securely through Polar and Lemonsqueezy. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information.
Prices listed are final and do not include applicable taxes or fees unless stated otherwise.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and the Framer platform, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once a purchase is made. If you encounter issues, please contact support for assistance.
Support and Updates
We provide email support for all templates. Support includes guidance on installation, usage, and customization within the template’s intended functionality. Free lifetime updates are included for all purchased templates.
Intellectual Property
All templates remain the intellectual property of Sofiane Izabachene. Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the template as outlined in the selected plan. Unauthorized distribution, modification, or resale is prohibited.
User-Generated Content
By submitting feedback or reviews, you grant us permission to use your content for marketing and promotional purposes. Your personal information, including your email, will not be published but may be used for marketing communications.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to our products or services if you breach this Agreement, including misuse of licenses or engaging in prohibited activities.
Merchants of record
Our order process is conducted by our online resellers, Lemon Squeezy and Polar. As the Merchants of Record, they handle the payment processing, taxes, and delivery. However, all template requests must be directed to Sofiane Izabachene for approval based on the policy stated above.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of France.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sofiane Izabachene is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our templates, including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
